中药涂擦配合穴位按摩治疗中风肢体偏瘫的临床研究

| 摘要 |
目的 研究中药涂擦配合穴位按摩治疗中风肢体偏瘫的临床效果。方法 选择我院收治的中风肢体偏瘫患者100例，将其按照随机分组方法，分为对照组（50例，使用常规西医治疗联合功能锻炼治疗）和研究组（50例，使用中药涂擦配合穴位按摩治疗），对两组的治疗效果进行收集和分析对比。结果 对两组患者实施治疗后，相比于对照组，研究组患者的患侧肢体运动功能与日常生活能力的评分均明显更高，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 针对中风肢体偏瘫患者使用中药涂擦配合穴位按摩治疗，能够显著改善患者的平肢体运动功能和日常生活能力，在临床领域中展现出卓越的成效与广泛的应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine rubbing combined with acupressure in the treatment of hemiplegia of stroke limbs. Methods A total of 100 patients with hemiplegia with stroke and limb admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group (50 cases, using conventional Western medicine treatment combined with functional exercise therapy) and research group (50 cases, using traditional Chinese medicine smearing and acupressure therapy), and the treatment effects of the two groups were collected, analyzed, and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the scores of motor function and daily living ability of the affected limb in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine rubbing combined with acupressure therapy for patients with hemiplegia of stroke can significantly improve the motor function and daily living ability of patients, and has shown excellent results and wide application value in the clinical field.
