【摘要】目的:观察团体益智类游戏联合吡拉西坦对老年轻度认知障碍患者认知功能、生活质量及心理状态的影响。方法:选取我科2017年7月至2019年11月之间收治的121例老年轻度认知障碍患者为观察对象,分为对照组60例和观察组61例,对照组给予吡拉西坦及常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予团体益智类游戏,6个月后对比两组患者认知功能、生活质量及心理状态。结果:两组患者治疗后MMSE评分和MoCA评分明显提高(P<0.05),治疗后观察组MMSE评分和MoCA评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后QOL-AD评分和ADL评分明显提高(P<0.05),治疗后观察组患者QOL-AD评分和ADL评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后SAS评分和SDS评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗后观察组患者SAS评分和SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:团体益智类游戏联合吡拉西坦能够有效改善老年轻度认知障碍患者认知功能,提高日常生活能力改善生活质量,从而有效减轻抑郁和焦虑情绪。
Abstract
【Abstract】Objective: To observe the effect of group puzzle games combined with piracetam on the cognitive function, quality of life and mental state of patients with cognitive impairment in young and old. Methods: A total of 121 elderly and young patients with cognitive impairment admitted to our department between July 2017 and November 2019 were selected as the observation objects, and they were divided into a control group of 60 cases and an observation group of 61 cases. The control group was given piracetam And conventional nursing intervention, the observation group was given group puzzle games on the basis of the control group. After 6 months, the cognitive function, quality of life and psychological state of the two groups were compared. Results: The MMSE score and MoCA score of the two groups of patients were significantly improved after treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the MMSE score and MoCA score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The QOL-AD score and ADL score of the two groups of patients increased significantly after treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the QOL-AD score and ADL score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The SAS score and SDS score of the two groups of patients after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Group puzzle games combined with piracetam can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients with cognitive impairment in the elderly and young, improve the ability of daily living and improve the quality of life, thereby effectively reducing depression and anxiety.
