| 摘要 |
目的 探究分析羟苯磺酸钙联合前列地尔治疗老年糖尿病肾病患者的效果。方法 选取2023年1月至2024年1月期间，院内老年糖尿病肾病患者共102例，作为此次研究对象。整理患者出生日期，应用随机数表法，将102例患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用羟苯磺酸钙治疗，观察组采用羟苯磺酸钙联合前列地尔治疗，对比两组肾功能状态；炎症因子水平以及血清相关指标。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 羟苯磺酸钙联合前列地尔可有效改善患者炎症因子水平，同时能够针对转化生长因子的表达产生抑制效果，进而最大程度的改善患者肾功能状态，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of calcium dobesilate combined with alprostadil in the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes nephropathy. Methods From January 2023 to January 2024, 102 elderly patients with diabetes nephropathy in hospital were selected as the subjects of this study. Organize the patients date of birth and use a random number table method to randomly divide 102 patients into a control group and an observation group. The control group was treated with calcium dobesilate, while the observation group was treated with a combination of calcium dobesilate and alprostadil. The renal function status of the two groups was compared; Inflammatory cytokine levels and serum related indicators. Results The observation group was superior to the control group, with P<0.05. Conclusion The combination of calcium dobesilate and alprostadil can effectively improve the levels of inflammatory factors in patients, while also inhibiting the expression of TGF - β 1, thereby maximizing the improvement of renal function status in patients. It is worth promoting and applying.
