Objective This study focuses on the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided drug injection plus small needle knife in the treatment of acromial buritis. Methods choose in January 2023-January 2024 our 72 patients involved in the study, and accept anatomical positioning for small needle knife and anti-inflammatory analgesic drug injection therapy (36 cases) into the reference group, the ultrasound guided drug injection and small needle knife therapy (36 cases) into the study group, compare the treatment efficiency, shoulder function, patient pain, compare between the two groups after obtaining data, the purpose is to determine the effectiveness of treatment measures. Results The study group 35 (97.22%) was higher than the reference group 28 (77.77%); the study group (89.82 ± 2.15) was higher than the reference group (79.24 ± 2.46); the study group (2.61 ± 0.52); the study score was lower than the reference group 3.81 ± 0.09; the two groups showed significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of ultrasound-guided drug injection and small needle knife in the treatment of acromial descending membrane capsitis is remarkable, which can effectively improve the treatment efficiency, enhance the shoulder function of patients, relieve pain, and has high safety, which is worthy of promotion and application.
