糖尿病心肌纤维化药物治疗的研究进展

摘要	糖尿病心肌纤维化是糖尿病心肌病的关键病理特征之一，可引发心脏舒张功能障碍，进而导致心力衰竭。本文系统地综述了糖尿病心肌纤维化药物治疗的研究进展，重点探讨了降糖药物、RAAS抑制剂、PPAR-α激动剂、TGF-β抑制剂、抗氧化剂和传统中药等治疗策略的最新研究进展。通过分析这些药物的作用机制和临床研究数据，指出其在改善心肌纤维化及心脏功能方面的潜力和未来研究方向。
Abstract	Diabetic myocardial fibrosis is a key pathological feature of diabetic cardiomyopathy. It can lead to diastolic dysfunction of the heart and, subsequently, heart failure. This article systematically reviews the research progress of pharmacological treatments for diabetic myocardial fibrosis, with a particular focus on the latest advancements in therapeutic strategies. These strategies include antihyperglycemic agents, RAAS inhibitors, PPAR-α agonists, TGF-β inhibitors, antioxidants, and traditional Chinese medicine. By analyzing the mechanisms of action and clinical research data of these drugs, their potential to improve myocardial fibrosis and cardiac function is highlighted. In addition, future research directions are proposed.
