摘要
在“大思政课”和“三个务必”的大背景下,实习生教学活动中将教书与育人辩证统一,有机融合思政教育与专业教学,实现传授知识、培养能力和引领思想的统一,具有重要的意义。本文从家国情怀与医者仁心、民族自信与大医精诚、人文精神、科学精神和辩证思维等方面充分挖掘脑卒中这一疾病中的思政元素,将思政教育与专业知识教育有机融合,“以学生为中心”优化急诊科临床实习医生带教,并促进立德树人根本任务的落实,对拓展实习医生专业课程的广度、深度,提高他们的核心素养、促进他们知行合一和德才兼备、顺利实现从学生向医生角色的转变有一定参考价值。
Abstract
It is of great importance to treat the teaching and educating course dialectically and uniformly, integrate the ideological and political education and professional teaching organically, and to realize the unity of imparting knowledge, cultivating ability and leading thought in the teaching of interns. This research excavates the ideological and political elements in the disease of stroke from the following aspects: national identity, medical virtue, national confidence, sincerity, humanistic spirit, scientific spirit and dialectical spirit in order to promote the combination of ideological and political education and professional knowledge education, optimize the “student-centered” teaching to clinical interns in emergency department, and accelerate the implementation of the fundamental task to foster virtue and cultivate talents. It will provide certain reference value for interns to expand the breadth and depth of the professional knowledge, improve their core literacy, promote the unity of knowledge and practice, combine their virtue and talent, and guide the medical students to be doctors.
