[Abstract] Objective To analyze the emotional changes of infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and their influence on pregnancy rate after applying relaxation training combined with family support treatment. Methods According to the coin toss method, 93 patients with infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome in our department were divided into 46 in the routine psychology group and 47 in the combined relaxation group. Both groups were given basic treatment, and the routine psychology group added psychotherapy, combined The relaxation group used relaxation training combined with family support to compare the anxiety and depression mood, the patients sleep quality, pregnancy rate, ovulation rate, and pregnancy abortion rate after 6 months of treatment. Results The SAS, PSQI, SDS scores and pregnancy abortion rate of the combined relaxation group were lower than those of the conventional psychological group, and the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were higher than those of the conventional psychological group (P<0.05). Conclusion Family support combined with relaxation training can improve the sleep quality of infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, eliminate anxiety and depression, increase ovulation and pregnancy rates, and reduce pregnancy miscarriage rates.
