| 摘要 |
目的 分析输尿管镜激光碎石术中采用椎管内麻醉与全身麻醉的临床应用效果对比。方法 选取我院2023年10月至2024年7月收治的76例行输尿管镜激光碎石术的患者，随机分为观察组（38例，椎管内麻醉）和对照组（38例，全身麻醉组）。观察并比较两组患者的麻醉相关时间及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组麻醉相关时间优于对照组，不良反应情况更低，其差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 椎管内麻醉与全身麻醉在输尿管镜激光碎石术中的临床应用效果对比中，椎管内麻醉的麻醉起效时间及术后清醒时间比全身麻醉更短，麻醉维持时间更长，不良反应情况更低，值得在临床上进行推广及应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To compare the clinical application effects of spinal anesthesia and general anesthesia in ureteroscopic laser lithotripsy. Methods 76 patients who underwent ureteroscopic laser lithotripsy in our hospital from October 2023 to July 2024 were randomly divided into an observation group (38 cases, spinal anesthesia) and a control group (38 cases, general anesthesia group). Observe and compare the anesthesia related time and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients. Results The observation group had better anesthesia related time and lower incidence of adverse reactions compared to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical application comparison of spinal anesthesia and general anesthesia in ureteroscopic laser lithotripsy, spinal anesthesia has a shorter onset time and postoperative recovery time, longer anesthesia maintenance time, and lower incidence of adverse reactions compared to general anesthesia. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
