摘要	恶性肿瘤淋巴管生成是指在肿瘤微环境中，淋巴管内皮细胞（LECs）通过增殖、迁移和管腔形成等过程，生成新的淋巴管。这一过程在肿瘤转移中起着至关重要的作用，是肿瘤淋巴转移的重要机制。因此，深入理解淋巴管生成的机制对于寻找新的治疗靶点和早期诊断标志物至关重要。本文综述的目的是探讨相关淋巴管生成的分子机制，并分析肿瘤微环境与淋巴管内皮细胞之间的相互作用，旨在为相关淋巴管生成的研究和临床诊疗提供新的视角。
Abstract	Malignant tumor lymphangiogenesis refers to the generation of new lymphatic vessels by lymphatic endothelial cells (LECs) in the tumor microenvironment through processes such as proliferation, migration, and lumen formation. This process plays a crucial role in tumor metastasis and is an important mechanism for tumor lymphatic metastasis. Therefore, a deep understanding of the mechanism of lymphangiogenesis is crucial for finding new therapeutic targets and early diagnostic biomarkers. The purpose of this review is to explore the molecular mechanisms of lymphangiogenesis and analyze the interaction between tumor microenvironment and lymphatic endothelial cells, aiming to provide a new perspective for the research and clinical diagnosis and treatment of lymphangiogenesis.
