Objective To explore the intervention effect of local application of bone injury medicinal wine combined with application of Huoxue Zhitong Powder in patients with early femoral fractures; Methods From June 2023 to June 2024, 110 patients with initial femoral fracture in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sodium aescinate injection and lappaconitine injection, while the observation group was treated with topical application of Gushang medicinal liquor combined with Huoxue Zhitong powder on the basis of the control group. The pain improvement of the two groups was compared; Results The total effective rate of pain improvement in the observation group was significantly better (P<0.05). The improvement of skin swelling and disappearance time of subcutaneous bruising in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05); Conclusion The combination of local application of bone injury medicinal wine and application of blood activating and pain relieving powder can effectively alleviate the pain, skin swelling, and bruising of patients with early femoral fractures, and the treatment effect is relatively ideal.
