【摘要】 分析妊娠期合并冠心病患者应用电子计算机断层扫描(Computed Tomography，CT)冠状动脉成像检查后负面情绪及精神躯体症状的变化。方法 将我院收治的93例妊娠期冠心病患者依据掷币法分为CT成像组47例及常规检查组46例，常规检查组患者不进行CT冠状动脉成像检查，CT成像组患者给予冠状动脉成像检查，对比两组患者焦虑抑郁情绪、精神情感症状及却体感觉症状评分变化。结果 CT成像组SDS、SAS、精神情感症状及躯体感觉症状评分低于常规检查组（P<0.05）。结论 CT冠脉成像检查会引起妊娠期冠心病患者出现焦虑抑郁情绪，引发躯体感觉症状及精神情感症状，检查前应进行积极的心理疏导及培训，降低对妊娠的影响。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective To analyze the changes in negative emotions and mental and physical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease during pregnancy after the application of Computed Tomography (CT) coronary artery imaging. Methods Ninety-three patients with coronary heart disease during pregnancy in our hospital were divided into CT imaging group of 47 cases and routine examination group of 46 cases according to the coin toss. Imaging examination to compare the score changes of anxiety and depression, psycho-emotional symptoms and sensory symptoms between the two groups. Results The scores of SDS, SAS, psycho-emotional symptoms and somatosensory symptoms in the CT imaging group were lower than those in the routine examination group (P<0.05). Conclusion CT coronary imaging examination can cause anxiety and depression in patients with coronary heart disease during pregnancy, and induce somatosensory symptoms and psycho-emotional symptoms. Positive psychological counseling and training should be carried out before the examination to reduce the impact on pregnancy.
