Objective To analyze and explore the efficacy evaluation of Xinmupei combined with ergometrine maleate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in women undergoing vaginal delivery. Methods Ten postpartum hemorrhage women who underwent vaginal delivery in our hospital from September 2023 to September 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into an observation group (treated with Xinmupei combined with ergometrine maleate) and a control group (treated with ergometrine maleate). The postpartum hemorrhage volume, coagulation indicators, and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results The bleeding volume at 2 hours and 24 hours postpartum in the observation group (251.41 ± 23.62ml,382.45±25.65ml) was lower than that in the control group. After treatment, the prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time, and activated partial thromboplastin time in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the risk of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Xinmupei and ergometrine maleate is effective in treating postpartum hemorrhage in women undergoing vaginal delivery, and is worthy of widespread promotion and application.
