| 摘要 |
目的 分析讨论藏药小檗内皮熬膏熏蒸防控近视的影响效果。方法 根据近视病的诊断标准，选择2022年8月-2024年5月我院眼科符合诊断标准的60例近视患者为研究对象，将受试者随机数字表法分组为实验组（藏药小檗内皮熬膏熏蒸治疗）和对照组（常规治疗），比较两组治疗前后的裸眼视力、角膜曲率。结果 治疗后实验组裸眼视力、角膜曲率均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 藏药小檗内皮熬膏熏蒸防控近视的影响效果明显，对患者具有一定益处。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of fumigation with Tibetan medicine Berberis bark ointment on preventing and controlling myopia. Methods According to the diagnostic criteria for myopia, 60 myopic patients who met the diagnostic criteria in our ophthalmology department from August 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the study subjects. The subjects were randomly divided into an experimental group (treated with Tibetan medicine Berberis bark ointment fumigation) and a control group (treated with conventional therapy) using a random number table method. The naked eye vision and corneal curvature of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the experimental group had better uncorrected visual acuity and corneal curvature than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Tibetan medicine Berberis bark ointment fumigation has a significant effect on preventing and controlling myopia, and has certain benefits for patients.
