儿童口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙临床效果探讨

| 摘要 |
目的 探究对先天性缺牙患儿采用口腔修复治疗的实际价值；方法 以前瞻性研究的形式，随机将2023年10-2024年10月我院收治的120例先天性缺牙患儿分为观察组与对照组，各60例。对照组采用口腔正畸治疗，观察组选用口腔修复治疗，比较两组的临床疗效等指标；结果 观察组在临床疗效上显示出一定优势（P<0.05）。观察组在口腔状况及牙齿美观度评分上均更低（P<0.05）；结论 对先天性缺牙患儿采用口腔修复治疗能够提升治疗效果，促进患儿口腔状况的改善，并在一定程度上纠正牙齿美观程度，显示出较为理想的治疗效果。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the practical value of oral restoration treatment for children with congenital tooth loss; Methods In the form of a prospective study, 120 children with congenital tooth loss admitted to our hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received orthodontic treatment, while the observation group received oral restoration treatment. The clinical efficacy and other indicators of the two groups were compared; Results The observation group showed certain advantages in clinical efficacy (P<0.05). The observation group had lower scores in oral condition and dental aesthetics (P<0.05); Conclusion Oral restoration treatment for children with congenital tooth loss can improve the treatment effect, promote the improvement of their oral condition, and to some extent correct the aesthetic degree of teeth, showing a relatively ideal treatment effect.
