千金苇茎汤加减治疗老年支气管扩张症临床效果观察

| 摘要 |
目的 观察老年支气管扩张症千金苇茎汤加减治疗的临床效果。方法 研究以本院老年支气管扩张症患者作为研究样本，样本量筛选80例，收集时间点：2020年1月-2024年12月，按照用药方法将患者划分两组，酚妥拉明组40例，应用酚妥拉明，千金苇茎汤组40例，应用酚妥拉明+千金苇茎汤加减。统计分析两组生命体征、痰液性状、肺功能、临床疗效、恢复时间。结果 千金苇茎汤组体温、呼吸、心率均低于酚妥拉明组（P<0.05），舒张压、收缩压、血氧饱和度均高于酚妥拉明组（P<0.05），MD评分、MP评分、MVP评分均低于酚妥拉明组（P<0.05），SVC、FEV1、FVC、FEC1/FVC、ERV、IRV、PEF、MEP、MIP、总有效率均高于酚妥拉明组（P<0.05），退热、静脉抗生素应用、住院、咳浓痰消失时间均短于酚妥拉明组（P<0.05）。结论 老年支气管扩张症千金苇茎汤加减治疗的临床效果好。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Qianjin Weijing Decoction in the treatment of bronchiectasis in the elderly. Methods Elderly patients with bronchiectasis in our hospital were selected as the research samples. A sample size of 80 cases was screened. The collection time points were from January 2020 to December 2024. The patients were divided into two groups according to the medication methods: 40 cases in the Phentolamine group, treated with Phentolamine, and 40 cases in the Qianjin Weijing Decoction group, treated with phentolamine + modified Qianjin Weijing Decoction. The vital signs, sputum characteristics, lung function, clinical efficacy and recovery time of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The body temperature, respiration and heart rate of the Qianjin Weijing Decoction group were lower than those of the Phentolamine group (P<0.05), the diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation were higher than those of the Phentolamine group (P<0.05), and the MD score, MP score and MVP score were all lower than those of the Phentolamine group (P<0.05). SVC, FEV1, FVC, FEC1/FVC, ERV, IRV, PEF, MEP, MIP and the total effective rate were all higher than those in the phentolamine group (P<0.05), while the disappearance time of fever reduction, intravenous antibiotic application, hospitalization and cough with thick phlegm was shorter than that in the phentolamine group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of modified Qianjin Weijing Decoction in the treatment of bronchiectasis in the elderly is good.
