Objective To the cost-effectiveness of advancing suspended moxibustion combined with modified Tianma Gouteng Yin drug treatment for vertigo patients. Methods From January 023 to October 2024, 134 vertigo patients were divided into two groups, each with 67 cases. The control group modified Tianma Gouteng Yin drug treatment, while the study group received suspended moxibustion combined with modified Tianma Gouteng Yin drug treatment. satisfaction of treatment results, the effective rate of vertigo, and the clinical symptom scores before and after treatment were calculated and compared between the two groups. Results satisfaction of treatment results in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The effective rate of vertigo in the study was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Before treatment, the scores of dizziness, nausea and vomiting, tinnitus andness, lassitude and weakness, abnormal sweating, and attack frequency in the study group were similar to those in the control group (P > 0.0). After treatment, the scores of dizziness, nausea and vomiting, tinnitus and deafness, lassitude and weakness, abnormal sweating, and attack frequency in study group were all better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Advancing suspended moxibustion combined with modifiedma Gouteng Yin drug treatment for vertigo patients has excellent cost-effectiveness and is worth promoting.
