| 摘要 |
目的 探讨普外科医师在基层工作中指导传染病管理的作用。方法 基于2023年和2024年我中心的传染病病例统计数据，分析基层传染病分布情况，评估普外科医师在基层传染病管理中的作用。结果 普外科医师通过快速识别、优化院感、高效救治和健康宣教，显著提升流感、新冠等传染病管理效能，推动基层防控能力整体提升。结论 普外科医师凭借临床经验与多学科协作能力，显著提升基层传染病防控效果，为公共卫生服务提供支持。未来需加强培训与资源配置，充分发挥其重要作用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the role of general surgeons in guiding infectious disease management in grassroots work. Methods Based on the statistics of infectious disease cases in our center in 2023 and 2024, the distribution of infectious diseases at the grassroots level was analyzed, and the role of general surgeons in the management of infectious diseases at the grassroots level was evaluated. Results Through rapid identification, optimization of hospital infection, efficient treatment and health education, general surgeons have significantly improved the management efficiency of infectious diseases such as influenza and new crown, and promoted the overall improvement of grassroots prevention and control capabilities. Conclusion With clinical experience and multidisciplinary collaboration capabilities, general surgeons have significantly improved the effectiveness of prevention and control of infectious diseases at the grassroots level and provided support for public health services. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen training and resource allocation to give full play to its important role.
