摘要
目的 探讨髓内钉(钉中钉)微创技术治疗移位的跟骨关节内骨折(DIACF)的临床疗效。方法 将2023年7月—2024年6月收治的40例DIACF患者纳入研究,全部接受跟骨髓内钉(钉中钉系统)治疗,对比术前术后的Böhler角恢复、Goldzak指数、AOFAS评分以及并发症发生率。结果 Böhler角高于术前,术后Goldzak指数A/B型占比高于术前,术后AOFAS评分高于术前,术后并发症发生率低于术前,数据对比均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 髓内钉(钉中钉)微创技术能有效复位固定DIACF,减少软组织并发症,促进早期功能康复。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive intramedullary nail (nail in nail) technique in the treatment of displaced intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus (DIACF). Methods Forty patients with DIACF admitted from July 2023 to June 2024 were included in the study and all received treatment with intramedullary nail (nail in nail system). The B ö hler angle recovery, Goldzak index, AOFAS score, and incidence of complications before and after surgery were compared. Results The B ö hler angle was higher than before surgery, the proportion of postoperative Goldzak index type A/B was higher than before surgery, the postoperative AOFAS score was higher than before surgery, and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than before surgery. The data comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The minimally invasive technique of intramedullary nail (nail in nail) can effectively reduce and fix DIACF, reduce soft tissue complications, and promote early functional rehabilitation.
