系统性心理护理对骨折患者焦虑抑郁情绪及护理满意度的影响

【摘要】目的：评价采用系统性心理护理对于骨折患者干预后焦虑、抑郁情绪以及对护理满意度评分情况影响。方法：通过随机抽样方法选取本院2019年1月至2019年12月收治112例骨折患者，通过信封法随机将患者分为常规组（56例）与研究组（56例）。常规组患者予以常规手术护理；研究组患者在常规手术护理基础上结合进行系统性心理护理。对比两组患者干预前后焦虑、抑郁情绪，干预后骨折疼痛评分、护理满意度评分情况。结果：两组患者护理前SAS、SDS量表评分对比无明显差异（P>0.05）；护理后研究组患者SAS、SDS量表评分相比常规组明显更低（P<0.05）；研究组患者干预后骨折疼痛VAS评分相比常规组患者明显更低（P<0.05）；研究组患者干预后护理满意评分相比常规组患者明显更高（P<0.05）。结论：骨折患者在常规护理基础上接受系统性心理护理有助于减轻患者焦虑、抑郁情绪并提高患者对护理满意度，该护理措施具有实践与推广价值。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the influence of systematic psychological nursing on anxiety, depression and nursing satisfaction score of fracture patients after intervention. Methods: 112 patients with fracture were randomly selected from January 2019 to December 2019. The patients were randomly divided into routine group (56 cases) and study group (56 cases) by envelope method. The patients in the study group received systematic psychological nursing on the basis of routine operation nursing. The anxiety, depression, fracture pain score and nursing satisfaction score of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. Results: there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of SAS and SDS before nursing (P > 0.05); after nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the routine group (P < 0.05); the VAS scores of fracture pain in the study group were significantly lower than those in the routine group (P < 0.05); the score of nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the routine group (P < 0.05) 05）。 Conclusion: on the basis of routine nursing, systematic psychological nursing for fracture patients is helpful to reduce their anxiety and depression and improve their satisfaction with nursing. This nursing measure has practical and popularization value.
