| 摘要 |
目的 分析硝酸酯类药物用于心血管疾病中所起到的作用。方法 随机均分2024年1月-2025年2月某院接诊心血管疾病病人（n=90）。试验组常规治疗期间加用硝酸酯类药物，对照组行常规治疗。对比不良反应等指标。结果 关于总有效率：试验组97.78%，对照组82.22%，P＜0.05。sf-36量表的各维度评分：治疗后，试验组都高于对照组（P＜0.05）。组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。不良反应：试验组4.44%，对照组20.0%，P＜0.05。结论 心血管疾病病人用硝酸酯类药物，疗效显著，生活质量改善情况也更好，不良反应更少。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the role of nitrates in cardiovascular diseases. Methods A total of 90 patients with cardiovascular diseases were randomly assigned to a hospital between January 2024 and February 2025. The experimental group received nitrates during routine treatment, while the control group received only routine treatment. Adverse reactions and other indicators were compared. Results Regarding overall effectiveness: the experimental group had an effective rate of 97.78%, compared to 82.22% in the control group, P<0.05. Scores on all dimensions of the sf-36 scale: after treatment, the experimental group scored higher than the control group (P<0.05), with significant differences between groups (P<0.05). Adverse reactions: the experimental group had 4.44%, while the control group had 20.0%, P<0.05. Conclusion Nitrates are effective in treating cardiovascular diseases, significantly improving quality of life and reducing adverse reactions.
