摘要
目的 探讨肉毒杆菌素和非交联透明质酸(嗨体2.5)联合用于面部年轻化治疗的效果。方法 选取60位面部老化或天生面部软组织缺陷的患者,随机分为两组,每组各30人。对照组实施非交联透明质酸(嗨体2.5)治疗,而观察组则在非交联透明质酸(嗨体2.5)治疗前先行注射肉毒杆菌素。记录并比较两组患者的改善情况。结果 两组皮肤光泽度对比无显著差异(P>0.05);面部皮肤状况与治疗前有显著改善,且治疗组数据高于对照组(P<0.001);观察组的面部皱纹改善总有效率为100%,显著高于对照组的76.67%(P=0.011)。结论 结合肉毒杆菌素和非交联透明质酸(嗨体2.5)能显著改善面部老化,治疗方法更加安全有效。
Abstract
Objective The effect of combining botulinum toxin and non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid (Hi Body 2.5) in facial rejuvenation was investigated. Methods Sixty patients with facial aging or congenital soft tissue defects were randomly divided into two groups, each consisting of 30 individuals. The control group received non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid (Hyaluronic Acid 2.5) treatment, while the observation group was injected with botulinum toxin before receiving the non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid (Hyaluronic Acid 2.5) treatment. The improvement in both groups was recorded and compared. Results There was no significant difference in skin luster between the two groups (P>0.05); facial skin condition showed significant improvement compared to before treatment, and the data from the treatment group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.001); the total effective rate of facial wrinkle improvement in the observation group was 100%, significantly higher than the 76.67% in the control group (P=0.011). Conclusion Combining botulinum toxin and non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid (Hyaluronic Acid 2.5) can significantly improve facial aging, making the treatment method safer and more effective.
