| 摘要 |
自身免疫性甲状腺疾病属于发生率较高的自身免疫性疾病，现阶段该疾病在我国的发生率出现了不同程度的增长，但是对于自身免疫性甲状腺疾病的发病机制尚未完全明确，临床实际开展治疗的过程中，在改善患者病情状态，提升生活质量方面仍存在一定的局限性。现阶段针对自身免疫性甲状腺疾病患者的治疗主要以口服药物，碘131以及手术治疗模式为主，虽然能够取得一定的效果，但会存在较大的机率出现多样化的不良反应，因而需及时明确更为高效的治疗途径。本文综述了自身免疫性甲状腺疾病治疗新进展。

| Abstract |
Autoimmune thyroid disease is a highly prevalent autoimmune disease. At present, the incidence of this disease has increased to varying degrees in China. However, the pathogenesis of autoimmune thyroid disease is not fully understood. In the process of clinical treatment, there are still certain limitations in improving the patients condition and quality of life. At present, the treatment for patients with autoimmune thyroid disease is mainly based on oral medication, iodine-131, and surgical treatment. Although certain effects can be achieved, there is a high probability of diverse adverse reactions. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify more efficient treatment methods in a timely manner. This article reviews the new advances in the treatment of autoimmune thyroid diseases.
