Objective To compare the anesthetic effects of combined resting anesthesia (CIVIA) and intravenous anesthesia (TIVA) in gynecological laparoscopic surgeries. Methods Eighty patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery and were admitted to the gynecology department from December 2023 to December 2024 were selected and grouped according to different anesthesia regimens. Forty patients in the control group underwent TIVA, and forty patients in the observation group underwent CIVIA. The anesthesia effects of the two groups were compared. Results At T0, there was no significant difference in the levels of MAP and HR between the two groups (P>0.05). From T1 to T3, each index in the observation group was higher (P<0.05). Compared with each recovery index of the two groups, the recovery time of the observation group was shorter (P<0.05). Compared with the time of anal exhaust and defecation in the two groups, the observation group was shorter (P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 7.50%, which was not significantly different from 5.00% in the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with TIVA, CIVIA has less impact on the hemodynamics of patients in gynecological laparoscopic surgery, can shorten the postoperative recovery time, promote the rapid recovery of gastrointestinal function, and does not increase adverse reactions. It is worthy of application.
