| 摘要 |
目的 探究药物联合重复经颅磁刺激对帕金森病疼痛的临床疗效。方法 本研究从我院筛选出84例帕金森病疼痛患者作为研究样本。遵循随机化分组原则，将其划分为两个组别：对照组（42例，接受常规药物治疗）；研究组（42例，接受药物联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗）。对比两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后研究组患者的疼痛评分和睡眠质量评分较对照组呈现显著降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。而两组患者的不良反应发生率无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 药物联合重复经颅磁刺激应用于帕金森病疼痛患者中，能够减轻患者的疼痛，改善患者的睡眠质量，有较高的安全性。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of drugs combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on Parkinsons disease pain. Methods In this study, 84 patients with Parkinsons disease pain were selected from our hospital as a research sample. Following the principle of randomization, they were divided into two groups: control group (42 patients, receiving conventional drug treatment); Study group (42 patients, treated with drugs combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation). The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the pain score and sleep quality score of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of drugs and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in patients with Parkinsons disease pain can reduce patients pain and improve their sleep quality, which has a high safety profile.
