| 摘要 |
目前，对于胫骨平台骨折疾病，可以采用手术治疗或保守治疗的办法，对于患有严重心脑血管疾病、手术治疗耐受性不足、骨折位置没有明显位移的患者，除了上述情况之外，其他情况的患者均可以采取手术治疗的措施。对骨折位置切开并进行内固定是一种传统的治疗措施，这种传统的治疗措施，会给患者带来较大的伤害，患者的伤口较大，就更容易出现术后感染，且患者会有较大的疼痛感。采用哪一种措施治疗胫骨平台骨折，治疗更有效、准确度较高、伤害较小，这已是骨科临床研究的热点问题。在本次调研中，主要分析胫骨骨折平台骨折采用微创手术时应用辅助技术，旨在提升治疗效果，使患者尽快康复。

| Abstract |
Currently, for tibial plateau fractures, both surgical and conservative treatments are available. For patients with severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, insufficient tolerance to surgery, or no significant displacement at the fracture site, surgical treatment is recommended. For other patients, non-surgical options are also available. Open reduction and internal fixation of the fracture site is a traditional treatment method that can cause significant harm to the patient, resulting in larger wounds, higher postoperative infection risks, and greater pain. The choice of treatment method for tibial plateau fractures, aiming for more effective, precise, and less harmful outcomes, has become a focal point in orthopedic clinical research. This study primarily analyzes the use of auxiliary techniques in minimally invasive surgery for tibial plateau fractures, with the goal of enhancing treatment effectiveness and accelerating patient recovery.
