| 摘要 |
目的 探究分析中（维）西医结合治疗宫颈炎合并HPV的临床效果。方法 时间：2021年1月至2025年1月，对象：宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者共64例，分组：随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用重组干扰素α2b凝胶治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上采用维医治疗。对比两组HPV转阴率；中医证候积分；炎症因子水平以及生活质量。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 中（维）西医结合治疗可显著改善患者HPV转阴率；中医证候积分；炎症因子水平以及生活质量，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical outcomes of combined (Chinese and Western) medicine treatment for cervical inflammation with HPV infection. Methods The study was conducted from January 2021 to January 2025, involving 64 patients with cervical inflammation and HPV infection. Patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received treatment with recombinant interferon α2b gel, while the observation group received additional TCM treatment in addition to the control group. The study compared the HPV seroconversion rates, TCM syndrome scores, inflammatory factor levels, and quality of life between the two groups. Results The observation group showed significantly better outcomes than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Combined (Chinese and Western) medicine treatment can significantly improve the HPV seroconversion rate, TCM syndrome scores, inflammatory factor levels, and quality of life in patients with cervical inflammation and HPV infection, making it worthy of promotion and application.
