| 摘要 |
目的 探究院前急救医疗服务联合针对性护理对缺血性脑卒中患者静脉溶栓预后的影响分析。方法选择本院2022.1-2023.9年期间接收治疗的缺血性脑卒中患者48例，按照随机分组将分为对照组和研究组各为24例，对两组缺血性脑卒中患者的预后效果进行收集和分析。结果 对比两组的救治时间，研究组的救治时间明显低于对照组，两组差异（P<0.05）有统计学意义。对比两组的预后情况，研究组的预后低于对照组，两组差异（P<0.05）有统计学意义。结论 在对玻璃体积血患者实施临床护理治疗时使用细节护理能够有效降低患者术后眼压，提高护理满意度，值得临床推广护理。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the influence of pre-hospital emergency medical services combined with targeted nursing on the prognosis of patients with ischemic stroke with intravenous thrombolysis. Methods A total of 48 patients with ischemic stroke who received treatment in our hospital from 2022.1 to 2023.9 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 24 patients in each group. The prognostic effects of patients with ischemic stroke in the two groups were collected and analyzed. Results Comparing the treatment time of the two groups, the treatment time of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Comparing the prognosis of the two groups, the prognosis of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of detailed nursing can effectively reduce postoperative IOP and improve nursing satisfaction in patients with vitreous hemorrhage, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
