摘要
【摘要】探讨虚拟现实(VR)训练对脑梗死后认知功能障碍的康复治疗效果。方法 本研究对象为2019年1月~2020年1月我院80例脑梗死后认知功能障碍患者,数字表法随机均分为两组,对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上进行VR训练。比较两组患者训练前后蒙特利尔认知量表(MoCA)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、日常生活活动能力量表(Barthel指数)以及事件相关电位P300检查结果。结果 训练后两组MoCA量表各评分均显著升高,且观察组均显著高于对照组,(P<0.05);训练后两组NIHSS评分显著下降,Barthel指数显著升高,且训练后观察组两项评分均优于对照组,(P<0.05);训练后两组P300潜伏期显著下降,波幅显著上升,且治疗后观察组均优于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论 VR训练能有效改善梗死后认知功能障碍患者的认知功能,降低神经功能缺损程度,提高活动能力。
Abstract
[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect study of virtual reality training on the rehabilitation treatment of cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty patients with cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups using the number table method. The control group was given regular rehabilitation training, and the observation group was given VR training on the basis of the control group. The Montreal Cognitive Scale (MoCA), the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scores, the Activity of Daily Living Scale (Barthel Index) and the event related potential P300 examination results of the two groups before and after training were compared. Results After training, the scores of the two groups of MoCA scales were significantly increased, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). After training, the NIHSS scores of the two groups decreased significantly, and the Barthel index increased significantly. After training, the two scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). After training, the P300 latency of the two groups decreased significantly, and the amplitude increased significantly, and the observation group was better than the control group after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion VR training can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients with cognitive dysfunction after infarction, reduce the degree of neurological deficits, and improve mobility.
