| 摘要 |
目的 在老年慢性支气管炎患者的护理干预方案中选择优质护理，观察其应用效果。方法 在2022年3月至2024年3月随机抽取的110例老年慢性支气管炎患者中进行分组对比，一组患者进行常规护理干预（对照组），剩余一组在常规护理基础上进行优质护理（试验组），对比两组患者心理状态及生活质量。结果 试验组患者护理干预后心理状态及生活质量均优于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论 优质护理模式在老年慢性支气管炎患者的护理中能够显著改善患者的心理状态，提高生活质量，值得在临床护理中推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To select high-quality nursing interventions in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis and observe their application effects. Methods A total of 110 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis randomly selected from March 2022 to March 2024 were divided into two groups for comparison. One group received routine nursing intervention (control group), while the remaining group received high-quality nursing on the basis of routine nursing (experimental group). The psychological status and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared. Results After nursing intervention, the psychological state and quality of life of the experimental group patients were better than those of the control group patients (P<0.05). Conclusion Quality nursing model can significantly improve the psychological state of patients and improve the quality of life in the elderly patients of chronic bronchitis, which is worth promoting and applied in clinical nursing.
