| 摘要 |
目的 分析个体化心理干预对多发肋骨骨折患者术前负面情绪的影响。方法 选择我院2023年1月-2024年1月期间收治的多发肋骨骨折患者100例，将其按随机分组方法分为对照组（50例，采取常规心理护理干预）和观察组（50例，采取个体化心理干预），对两组临床干预效果，如患者的心理状态评分（焦虑、抑郁）、疼痛评分以及护理满意度进行对比与评估。结果 观察组患者的疼痛评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的心理状态评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在对多发肋骨骨折患者实施个体化心理干预取得明显的效果，可显著改善患者在术前的负面情绪，减轻患者疼痛，提高护理满意度。有较高应用价值，值得临床推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective Analyze the impact of individualized psychological intervention on preoperative negative emotions in patients with multiple rib fractures. Methods 100 patients with multiple rib fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into a control group (50 cases, receiving routine psychological nursing intervention) and an observation group (50 cases, receiving individualized psychological intervention). The clinical intervention effects of the two groups, such as patient psychological state scores (anxiety, depression), pain scores, and nursing satisfaction, were compared and evaluated. Results The pain score of the observation group patients was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The psychological state score of the observation group patients was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized psychological intervention has achieved significant results in patients with multiple rib fractures, which can significantly improve their negative emotions before surgery, alleviate their pain, and improve nursing satisfaction. It has high application value and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
