| 摘要 |
目的 本课题将围绕神经内科介入患者实施过渡期护理干预模式的应用效果开展分析讨论，并针对在患者心理弹性及健康生活方式方面的作用进行探索观察，检验医疗价值。方法 研究起止时间将确定在2023年1月至2023年12月，样本量共计100例，均选自于该期间收治神经内科介入治疗患者，依据入院时间先后顺序作为分组考量，取前50例作为观察组给予过渡期护理干预模式，后50例作为对照组采纳常规护理服务，整理记录两组患者行不同干预后相关数据指标，利用统计学系统辅助完成对比分析，观察结果差异表现。结果 观察组患者心理弹性总评分、不良生活习惯数据与对照组相比均优，组间对比P均可见＜0.05。结论 过渡期护理干预模式可明显提高神经内科介入治疗患者心理弹性，促进健康生活方式形成，值得推广采纳。

| Abstract |
Objective This topic will analyze and discuss the application effect of the transitional nursing intervention mode for interventional patients in the department of neurology, and explore and observe the role of patients psychological elasticity and healthy lifestyle, so as to test the medical value. Methods study start and ending time will be determined in January 2023 to December 2023, the sample size of 100 cases, from patients admitted during the period, take the first 50 cases as observation group to give transitional nursing intervention mode, 50 cases as a control group adopted routine nursing services, records of the two groups of patients after different intervention data indicators, auxiliary complete comparative analysis using the statistical system, observe the difference performance. Results The total score of the observation group were excellent compared with the control group, and the comparison P was <0.05. Conclusion The transitional nursing intervention mode can significantly improve the psychological elasticity of patients in interventional therapy and promote the formation of healthy lifestyle, which is worth promoting and adopting.
