[Abstract] Objective To study the relationship between anxiety, depression and C-type behavior characteristics during the perioperative period of gynecological malignant tumors. Methods Sixty-three patients with gynecological malignant tumor surgery in our hospital From June 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research group, and 63 healthy women with physical examination were selected as the control group. The self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) and type C behavior scale of the two groups were compared. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The anxiety, depression, and anger introversion scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, while the optimism, anger, anger outgoing, and social support scores were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the control and rational scores between the two groups (P>0.05). According to the analysis of Pearson linear correlation method, SAS and SDS of gynecological malignant tumors during perioperative period were positively correlated with type C behavior scale for anxiety, depression, anger, anger introversion, and anger extroversion (P<0.05). Optimism and social support were negatively correlated (P<0.05), and there was no correlation with C-type behavior scale control and sanity (P>0.05). Conclusion Perioperative anxiety and depression of gynecological malignant tumors are significantly correlated with type C behavior characteristics, and clinical intervention can be performed according to the patients specific behavior.
