循证护理在肝恶性肿瘤介入化疗女性患者中的应用效果观察

| 摘要 |
目的 分析肝恶性肿瘤介入化疗的女性患者行循证护理干预的应用效果。方法 纳入我院2024年7月~2024年12月内收治的肝恶性肿瘤介入化疗女性患者38例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（循证护理）各19例，对比两组患者干预前后心理状态、睡眠质量和不良反应情况。结果 干预前两组心理状态评分和睡眠质量评分差异均无意义（P＞0.05），干预后观察组心理状态评分和睡眠质量评分均显著低于对照组，且观察组不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组，差异均存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 临床中对肝恶性肿瘤介入化疗女性患者行循证护理干预能够显著改善其心理状态，提升睡眠质量，减少不良反应的发生，具有较好应用效果。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in female patients with liver malignant tumors undergoing interventional chemotherapy. Methods 38 female patients with liver malignant tumors undergoing interventional chemotherapy admitted to our hospital from July 2024 to December 2024 were included. They were randomly divided into a control group (conventional nursing) and an observation group (evidence-based nursing), with 19 cases in each group. The psychological status, sleep quality, and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared before and after intervention. Results There was no significant difference in the psychological state score and sleep quality score between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the psychological state score and sleep quality score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence based nursing intervention for female patients with liver malignant tumors undergoing interventional chemotherapy in clinical practice can significantly improve their psychological state, enhance sleep quality, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, with good application effects.
