| 摘要 |
目的 讨论及研究基于微信平台延续护理服务对前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者的效果。方法 选我院在2023年8月份至2024年7月份收治的60例患者进行研究，随机分成对照组和实验组，每组30例患者，对照组常规护理，实验组基于微信平台延续护理，分析两组患者的尿失禁生活质量评分以及患者的自我效能水平。结果 两组患者通过不同的护理措施后，实验组患者的尿失禁生活质量评分优于对照组，自我效能水平高于对照组，p<0.05。结论 对前列腺癌根治术患者提供基于微信平台延续护理服务，可以提升患者的生活质量，改善患者的自我效能，值得提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective To discuss and study the effect of wechat platform extended care service on urinary incontinence patients after radical prostate cancer surgery. Methods 60 patients admitted to our hospital from August 2023 to July 2024 were selected for the study, and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received routine care and the experimental group received continuous care based on wechat platform. The scores of urinary incontinence quality of life and the patients self-treatment efficiency were analyzed. Results After the two groups of patients through different nursing measures, the experimental group of patients with urinary incontinence quality of life score was better than the control group, the level of self-efficacy was higher than the control group, p<0.05. Conclusion Providing extended nursing services based on wechat platform for patients undergoing radical prostatectomy can improve patients quality of life and improve patients self-efficacy, which is worth advocating.
