[Abstract] Objective To explore the status quo of loss of mind syndrome after interventional liver cancer and its relationship with anxiety, depression and hope level. Methods A total of 102 patients undergoing interventional liver cancer in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were the object of this study. The Chinese version of the disability syndrome scale (DS-MV) was used to investigate the level of the disability syndrome and the Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), Herth hope inventory (HHI), Hamilton anxiety inventory (HAMA) were used to respectively evaluate their depression, hope and anxiety levels. And the relationship between loss of mind syndrome and anxiety, depression and hope levels was analyzed. Results The DS-MV score of 102 patients undergoing interventional surgery for liver cancer was (48.98±6.01), with the highest average score of depression and the lowest average score of helplessness. HAMD score (13.65±2.01), HAMA score (13.22±2.31), HHI score (27.21±5.01), DS-MV is positively correlated with HAMD score, HAMA score (P<0.05), and negative with HHI score Correlation (P<0.05). Conclusion The loss of consciousness syndrome after interventional liver cancer is at a moderate level, which is closely related to anxiety, depression and hope. It can be effectively prevented and intervened by improving the psychological status of patients and raising the level of hope.
