| 摘要 |
目的 探究分析双心护理模式对改善冠脉支架置入患者自我管理能力和生存质量的效果。方法 选取2023年1月至2024年1月期间，院内接受冠脉支架置入术的患者共102例，作为此次研究对象。整理患者出生日期，应用随机数表法，将102例患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用双心护理，对比两组心理状态，自我管理能力，生活质量以及满意度。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 双心护理可显著改善患者心理状态，自我管理能力，生活质量以及满意度，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of dual heart nursing mode on improving self-management ability and quality of life of patients undergoing coronary stent implantation. Methods A total of 102 patients who underwent coronary stent implantation in the hospital between January 2023 and January 2024 were selected as the study subjects. Organize the patients date of birth and use a random number table method to randomly divide 102 patients into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received dual heart care. The psychological status, self-management ability, quality of life, and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group was superior to the control group, P＜0.05. Conclusion Dual heart nursing can significantly improve patients psychological state, self-management ability, quality of life, and satisfaction, and is worthy of promotion and application.
