| 摘要 |
目的 分析优质护理在子宫肌瘤合并子宫腺肌症围术期中的价值。方法 实验收入样本均为我院2023年6月至2024年6月期间收治子宫肌瘤合并子宫腺肌症患者，共计人数60例，以电脑随机分组方式作为标准，将参与者均分为两组，即对照组（常规护理），观察组（优质护理干预），对实施过程中两组患者相关指标数据作整理记录，结合统计学系统进行对比观察，分析优质护理干预应用价值。结果 观察组患者焦虑、抑郁评分低于另一组，临床疗效数据、生活质量数据及护理满意度数据相比另一组均呈现出较高优势性，组间对比P值﹤0.05，可见统计学意义。结论 子宫肌瘤合并子宫腺肌症患者实施优质护理干预可明显缓解其不良情绪，促进疗效提升，维护生活质量，提高护理满意度，整体效果确切，适合推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the value of high-quality nursing in the perioperative period of uterine fibroids complicated with adenomyosis. Methods The experimental income samples were all patients with uterine fibroids complicated with adenomyosis admitted to our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024, with a total number of 60 cases. The participants were divided into two groups, namely the control group (routine nursing) and the observation group (high-quality nursing intervention), by using computer randomization as the standard. The relevant index data of patients in the two groups were collected and recorded during the implementation process. Combined with statistical system, comparative observation was made to analyze the application value of high-quality nursing intervention. Results The anxiety and depression scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the other group, and the clinical efficacy data, quality of life data and nursing satisfaction data showed higher superiority compared with the other group, and the P value for comparison between groups was <0.05, indicating statistical significance. Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing intervention in patients with uterine fibroids complicated with uterine adenomyosis can significantly alleviate their adverse emotions, promote the improvement of curative effect, maintain the quality of life, and improve nursing satisfaction. The overall effect is accurate and suitable for promotion.
