| 摘要 |
目的 分析对急性心肌梗死患者应用优化急诊护理流程的护理效果。方法 抽选2022年6月-2023年6月于我院就诊的急性心肌梗死患者70例，以分层随机法分35例为对照组实施常规急诊护理流程，另外35例为观察组实施优化急诊护理流程，对比两组患者急救效率；对比两组患者预后心功能分级。结果 急救后，观察组急救效率指标优于对照组，预后心功能分级优于对照组，差异显著，P﹤0.05。结论 对急性心肌梗死患者实施优化急诊护理流程的效果较好，可提高急诊效率，保障急救效果，同时给患者创造较好的预后基础，利于术后心功能分级的提高。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of optimizing emergency nursing process on patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods 70 patients with acute myocardial infarction who visited our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into a control group of 35 cases using a stratified random method to implement routine emergency nursing procedures, and an observation group of 35 cases to implement optimized emergency nursing procedures. The emergency response efficiency of the two groups of patients was compared; Compare the prognostic cardiac function grading between two groups of patients; Results After emergency treatment, the observation group had better emergency efficiency indicators than the control group, and the prognosis of cardiac function grading was better than the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Optimizing the emergency nursing process for patients with acute myocardial infarction has a good effect, which can improve emergency efficiency, ensure emergency effectiveness, and create a good prognosis foundation for patients, which is conducive to the improvement of postoperative cardiac function grading.
