基于仿真模型的人性化带教法在产科护理教学中的应用分析

| 摘要 |
目的 通过对产科实习的护理学生提供基于仿真模型的人性化带教法,来判定其教学的优势性,并观察学生的学习成绩。方法 取2023年1月-2024年1月在本院产科实习的护理学生100名作为研究对象,并将其进行分组,将接受传统教学法的学生均纳入参照组(共50名),将接受基于仿真模型的人性化带教法的学生均纳入研究组(共50名),针对性统计两组学生考核成绩、学生综合能力评分、教学满意度评分、实际操作合格率,简列两组各项数据,利用统计学工具分析,目的对比组间差异,判定教学效果。结果 两组学生理论成绩、实践成绩、团队协作能力、沟通能力、创新思维能力、批判性思维能力、临床思维发散、课堂气氛、教学质量、理解记忆效果等评分数据统计,研究组均高于参照组;病历书写、医患沟通、体格检查、临床判断、问诊技巧各项数据统计,研究组均高于参照组;两组数据对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论 对产科实习的护理学生提供基于仿真模型的人性化带教法能够全面提升学生考核成绩以及综合能力,同时增强教学满意度及实际操作合格率,应用效果理想,建议推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To provide nursing students to determine teaching teaching and observe students academic performance. Methods from January 2023-January 2024 in our obstetric practice nursing students 100 as a research object, and the grouping, will accept the traditional teaching method of students into the reference group (50), will accept the simulation model of humanized teaching method into the research group (50), two groups of students assessment scores, students comprehensive ability, teaching satisfaction score, practical qualified rate, brief two groups of data, using statistical tool analysis, aims to compare the difference between groups, determine the teaching effect. Results The scoring data of the theoretical performance, practical performance, team cooperation ability, communication ability, innovative thinking ability, critical thinking ability, clinical thinking, classroom atmosphere, teaching quality, understanding and memory effect were all higher than the reference group; the data of medical record writing, doctor-patient communication, physical examination, clinical judgment, and consultation skills were all higher than the reference group; the two groups showed significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion Providing humanized teaching method based on simulation model for nursing students in obstetrics practice can comprehensively improve students assessment results and comprehensive ability, and enhance the teaching satisfaction and the qualified rate of practical operation, and the application effect is ideal. It is suggested to promote and apply it.
