| 摘要 |
目的 对于舒适化护理在口腔门诊护理中的价值进行研究。方法 选择我院2023年5月-2024年10月所接收的100例口腔门诊患者为研究对象，平均分为观察组（舒适化护理）与对照组（常规护理），比较两组护理前后心理状况和门诊工作质量以及患者满意度。结果 护理前（P＞0.05）；护理后观察组心理状况[SDS（33.62±2.31）分，SAS（40.32±4.43）分，]比对照组好（P<0.05）；观察组门诊工作质量[患者依从情况（3.59±0.24）分，候诊秩序情况（3.98±0.53）分，分诊正确情况（3.29±0.24）分，就诊优先情况（3.97±0.18）分]高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组所护理患者满意度（总满意度96.00%）比对照组高（P<0.05）。结论 舒适化护理在口腔门诊护理中效果明显，对于病人的负面情绪可以起到很好的缓解作用，对护理人员的工作治疗可以起到提升作用，并且还可以提高病人对于护理实施的满意度，值得广泛推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the value of comfort care in oral outpatient nursing. Methods 100 oral outpatient patients admitted to our hospital from May 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the research subjects, and were evenly divided into an observation group (comfort care) and a control group (routine care). The psychological status, outpatient work quality, and patient satisfaction before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing (P>0.05); The psychological status of the observation group after nursing [SDS (33.62 ± 2.31) points, SAS (40.32 ± 4.43) points] was better than that of the control group (P<0.05); The quality of outpatient work in the observation group (patient compliance score (3.59 ± 0.24), waiting order score (3.98 ± 0.53), correct triage score (3.29 ± 0.24), and priority for medical treatment score (3.97 ± 0.18)) was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group (96.00%) was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing has a significant effect in oral outpatient nursing, which can effectively alleviate patients negative emotions, improve the work and treatment of nursing staff, and also increase patients satisfaction with nursing implementation. It is worth promoting and applying widely.
