| 摘要 |
目的 研究宫颈癌护理中责任制护理对患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率的影响。方法 选取我院宫颈癌患者进行研究，选取病例数79例，选取时间段2022年3月-2023年3月，根据数字排序分组，单数40例为对照组，双数39例为观察组，分别实行常规护理、责任制护理，对两组情绪状态、生活质量及并发症发生率进行比较。结果 与对照组相较，观察组情绪状态评分更低，生活质量评分更高，并发症发生率更低，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 宫颈癌护理中责任制护理效果较佳，减少不良情绪，提高生活质量，降低并发症及下肢深静脉血栓发生率。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the effect of responsibility based nursing on the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in patients with cervical cancer. Methods 79 cervical cancer patients from our hospital were selected for the study, with a time period from March 2022 to March 2023. They were divided into two groups based on numerical sorting: the control group consisted of 40 odd cases and the observation group consisted of 39 even cases. Both groups received routine care and responsibility based care, and their emotional state, quality of life, and incidence of complications were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had lower emotional state scores, higher quality of life scores, and lower incidence of complications, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The responsibility system in cervical cancer nursing has a better effect, reducing negative emotions, improving quality of life, and reducing the incidence of complications and deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs.
