| 摘要 |
目的 分析手术室麻醉护理中采用预见性护理的临床效果。方法 2023年10月-2024年10月期间，我院收治了60例需要实施手术的患者，将其当作本次实验的对象，在进行手术室麻醉护理时，将患者随机分配为两组。常规护理作为对照组，与实施预见性护理的研究组展开对比。比较两组患者的麻醉情况及心理状态。结果 在手术室麻醉护理中采用预见性护理的效果更好，研究组患者的各项指标均优于对照组，心理状态也更好，P＜0.05。结论 预见性护理模式具有较高的应用价值，可以有效维持患者情况的稳定。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of predictive nursing in anesthesia nursing in operating room. Methods From October 2023 to October 2024, 60 patients requiring surgery were admitted to our hospital as the subjects of this experiment, and the patients were randomly assigned to two groups during anesthesia care in the operating room. The conventional care was used as a control group and the predictive care group was compared. The anesthesia and psychological state of the two groups were compared. Results The effect of predictive nursing was better in the anesthesia nursing in the operating room. The indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group, and the psychological state was also better, P < 0.05. Conclusion The predictive nursing model has high application value and can effectively maintain the stability of patients.
