摘要	孤独症谱系障碍（Autism Spectrum Disorders, ASD）是一种常见的神经发育障碍。目前孤独症谱系障碍诊断主要依靠国际疾病分类（ICD）和精神障碍诊断和统计手册（DSM）这两大系统。世界卫生组织发布了《国际疾病分类》第11版（ICD-11），ASD的诊断标准有了新的修改和变动。及时、准确认识并把握ICD-11和DSM-5这两个最新标准在ASD诊断中的一致性与差异，能够为临床和科研工作者提供有价值的参考建议，促进我国孤独症诊断治疗、干预及相关研究工作的开展。
Abstract	Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a common neural development disorder. The diagnosis of ASD mainly relays on the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD) and the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM). World Health Organization (WHO) released the 11th Revision of the ICD (ICD-11), and considerable diagnostic evolutions were made in the new version. Comparison of the similarities and differences between the ICD-11 and the DSM-5 on ASD diagnostics, will promote the progress of the diagnosis, treatment, intervention, education as well as research on ASD.
