| 摘要 |
目的 探究分析膀胱功能评估护理在前列腺癌根治术后患者中的应用。方法 选取于2022年1月至2024年1月期间，院内接受前列腺癌根治术的患者共102例，作为此次研究对象，以患者出生日期为基础，应用随机数字分组的方式，将102例接受前列腺癌根治术的患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用膀胱功能评估护理，对比两组膀胱功能以及生活质量。结果 干预前两组ICI-Q-SF评分无明显差异，P＞0.05，干预后观察组ICI-Q-SF评分低于对照组，P＜0.05。观察组SF-36评分高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 膀胱功能评估护理可显著改善患者膀胱功能以及生活质量，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the application of bladder function assessment nursing in patients after radical prostatectomy. Methods A total of 102 patients who underwent radical prostatectomy in the hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects. Based on their date of birth, the 102 patients who underwent radical prostatectomy were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number grouping method. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received bladder function assessment care. The bladder function and quality of life of the two groups were compared. The results showed no significant difference in ICI-Q-SF scores between the two groups before intervention, P>0.05. After intervention, the ICI-Q-SF score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, P<0.05. The SF-36 score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Bladder function assessment nursing can significantly improve patients bladder function and quality of life, and is worthy of promotion and application.
