| 摘要 |
目的 探究子宫内膜癌患者护理中采用人文关怀护理的应用价值。方法 选取2024年1月至2023年6月在我院接受治疗的70例子宫内膜癌患者作为观察对象。随机将患者分为对照组（35例）和观察组（35例），对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用人文关怀护理干预。对比两组患者心理状态、生活质量评分及患者护理满意度。结果 观察组心理状态改善情况明显优于对照组，生活质量评分、护理满意度更高。其差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 人文关怀护理在子宫内膜患者护理中的应用价值效果显著。不仅能有效缓解患者不良情绪，还能提升生活质量、还可以提高患者护理满意度。值得在临床上推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application value of humanistic care in the nursing of endometrial cancer patients. Methods 70 patients with endometrial cancer who received treatment in our hospital from January 2024 to June 2023 were selected as the observation subjects. Patients were randomly divided into a control group (35 cases) and an observation group (35 cases). The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received humanistic care nursing intervention. Compare the psychological status, quality of life scores, and patient nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients. Results The improvement of psychological state in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, with higher quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application value and effect of humanistic care nursing in the care of endometrial patients are significant. Not only can it effectively alleviate patients negative emotions, but it can also improve their quality of life and increase patient satisfaction with nursing care. It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
