| 摘要 |
目的 探究在宫颈癌护理中对患者采用责任制护理对下肢深静脉血栓发生率的影响。方法 选取2023年12月至2024年5月在我院接受治疗的58例宫颈癌患者作为观察对象，随机将患者分为观察组（29例）与对照组（29例），对照组采用常规护理，观察组实施责任制护理，对比两组患者并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果 护理后，观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组，患者护理满意度更高。其差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 责任制护理在宫颈癌护理中的应用效果显著，可有效降低并发症发生率，提高患者对护理服务的满意度，还可以促进患者术后康复具有积极意义，值得在临床护理中推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the impact of adopting a responsibility based nursing approach on the incidence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in cervical cancer care. Methods 58 cervical cancer patients who received treatment in our hospital from December 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. The patients were randomly divided into an observation group (29 cases) and a control group (29 cases). The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received responsibility nursing. The incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients. Results After nursing, the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and patient satisfaction with nursing was higher. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of responsibility nursing in cervical cancer nursing is significant, which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, improve patient satisfaction with nursing services, and promote postoperative recovery. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical nursing.
