| 摘要 |
目的 探讨综合护理在高血压老年患者治疗过程中的干预作用。方法 选取2023年8月至2024年8月因高血压就诊的80例老年患者，采用随机分配的方法将其平均分为两组，对照组接受常规护理措施，观察组则采用综合护理方案，评估应用效果差异。结果 观察组的血压水平低于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组的生活质量高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 经过综合护理干预后，患者的血压得以有效管理，且显著提高其生活质量，因此值得广泛推广和应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the intervention effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 80 elderly patients treated for hypertension from August 2023 to August 2024 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received routine nursing measures, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing plan to evaluate the difference in application effect. Results The blood pressure level of observation group was lower than that of control group (P < 0.05), and the quality of life of observation group was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion After comprehensive nursing intervention, the blood pressure of patients can be effectively managed and their quality of life can be significantly improved, so it is worthy of widespread promotion and application.
