| 摘要 |
目的 探究快速康复外科理念在脊柱微创手术围术期护理中的应用效果。方法 择取2023年1月-2024年12月期间在本院接受脊柱微创手术治疗的患者中的100例作为研究对象，依照不同护理方式予以分组，对照组（50例）采用常规护理，观察组（50例）采用快速康复外科理念，从疼痛情况、术后恢复情况、脊髓受损程度、日常生活能力、并发症发生率展开研究。结果 观察组患者疼痛情况、术后恢复情况、脊髓受损程度、日常生活能力各方面数据明显优于对照组，并发症发生率更低，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论 快速康复外科理念在脊柱微创手术围术期护理中的应用效果显著，有效改善脊髓受损程度，提高患者日常生活能力，建议推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of the rapid rehabilitation surgery in minimally invasive spinal surgery. Methods Select 100 patients undergoing minimally invasive spinal surgery in our hospital between January 2023 and December 2024, were grouped according to different care methods, the control group (50 cases) adopted routine care, and the observation group (50 cases) adopted the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery, including the pain, postoperative recovery, spinal cord damage, daily living ability and complication rate. Results In the observation group, the data of pain, postoperative recovery, spinal cord damage, and daily living ability were significantly better than those of the control group, and the complication rate was lower, P <0.05, indicating a statistically significant difference. Conclusion The application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative care of minimally invasive spinal surgery has achieved remarkable results, effectively improving the degree of spinal cord damage and improving the daily living ability of patients. It is suggested to promote and apply the application.
