| 摘要 |
目的 浅析耐药结核病患者采用人文关怀理念下的护理进行治疗指导，为患者健康生活提供建议。方法 选取2023年9月到2024年8月就诊的120例耐药结核病患者，对照组采用基础护理；观察组采用人文关怀理念下的护理指导，对比临床护理效果。结果 观察组患者人文关怀护理评分高于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；此外，观察组患者焦虑情绪评分低于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对耐药结核病患者实施人文关怀理念下的护理措施有助于缓解患者的治疗压力，提高人文关怀护理评分，干预效果确切。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the treatment guidance of drug-resistant tuberculosis patients under the concept of humanistic care, and to provide suggestions for the healthy life of patients. Methods 120 patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis were selected from September 2023 to August 2024, and the control group was treated with basic nursing. The observation group was guided by humanistic care, and the clinical nursing effect was compared. Results The humanistic care nursing score of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). In addition, the anxiety score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of nursing measures under the concept of humanistic care for patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis is helpful to relieve the treatment pressure of patients, improve the humanistic care nursing score, and the intervention effect is accurate.
