| 摘要 |
目的 研究预见性理念护理在鼻窦炎患者护理中的效果及对其炎症因子的影响。方法 选择2024年01月~2024年12月本院收治的鼻窦炎患者60例，随机分成研究组、对照组，单组30例，分析不同护理方式的效果。结果 护理后，研究组炎症因子指标优于对照组，P<0.05；研究组护理满意度高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 预见性理念护理能显著改善鼻窦炎患者促炎/抗炎因子平衡(IL-6降低27.3%，IL-10升高59.8%)，且使护理满意度提升26.1%，具有重要临床推广价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the effect of predictive concept nursing on patients with sinusitis and its impact on inflammatory factors. Methods Sixty patients with sinusitis admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group. The effects of different nursing methods were analyzed. Results After nursing, the inflammatory factor indicators of the study group were better than those of the control group, P < 0.05; the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion Predictive concept nursing can significantly improve the balance of pro-inflammatory/anti-inflammatory factors in patients with sinusitis (IL-6 decreased by 27.3%, IL-10 increased by 59.8%), and increase nursing satisfaction by 26.1%, which has important clinical promotion value.
